Des Moines Mom is thrilled to be hosting a VIRTUAL Baby Shower, called Bloom: An Event for New and Expecting Mother’s online on Sunday, October 3rd. The event will happen entirely on Facebook.  We want to celebrate moms like you and help you feel prepared for growing your family. This event is specifically for women who are currently expecting, adopting, fostering, or who have become a parent to an infant in the past year. Moms will hear from local experts and health care professionals about getting ready for having a baby, have a chance to ask questions, enter mom and baby-focused giveaways, and receive swag!

After you purchase your ticket you will receive an email with the event link to the private Facebook group. 

General Admission includes: 

Admission to the event, access to virtual and printable resources for new and expecting moms. 

Swag Tickets includes: 

General Admission to the event and one of 50 general swag items that include a canvas bag with lots of goodies for new and expecting moms! 

VIP SWAG includes:

General admission to event, standard swag bag, and VIP Swag items that include items to be announced. 

DISCLAIMERS AND TICKET INFO:

Cancellation/Refund Policy – ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RAIN CHECKS. Your access to the private event group will be valid for one full month following the event so you can revisit all event content. Des Moines Mom will not be held liable for any comments, etc. shared in this virtual space that are from attendees and/or sponsors. Additionally, everyone who purchases a ticket will be subscribed to our email list (if they have not been already) in order to provide the most timely and up-to-date event info.

GIVEAWAY RULES AND DISCLAIMERS :

You can enter as many giveaways as you wish — and we have a ton! You can enter them all! However, each individual person can win one prize, with the exception of our grand prize giveaway (you can win both a giveaway AND the grand prize) Each giveaway will clearly identify how to enter, but each giveaway may have different requirements.

Can I win LOTS of giveaways? If you are chosen as the winner for a giveaway, you will not be eligible to win additional prizes as they are selected down the line, except for grand prizes

What’s the MOST I can win? A single giveaway and the grand prize giveaway.

Bloom attendees can enter giveaways as they appear in the event on October 3, 2021 starting at 10:00 a.m. Participants will have through Monday, October 4 at 11:59 pm to enter giveaways, unless otherwise stated. At 11:59pm on October 4, 2021., all giveaways will be closed. No entries after that time will be qualified to win. Winners will be announced in each giveaway thread starting at noon on October 7, unless the giveaway winner was announced LIVE. Each winner will be chosen randomly and announced a Facebook thread and in the giveaway thread for that particular prize. Each winner will have 24 hours to respond by emailing Des Moines Mom, or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Giveaways are open to adults ages 18+ only.

Giveaway Tips:

(1) Des Moines Mom will publish a new post in the Bloom 2021 Facebook event page every five to 10 minutes during the Live event. Refresh your browser often, so you do not miss a thing.

(2) Follow the event page to stay up-to-date: Go to the event and click on “…” next to the “Share” button. From the dropdown menu, select “Follow Event.”

(3) Turn on notifications to be in the know of all event happenings: Go to the event and click on “…” next to the “Share” button. From the dropdown menu, select “Notification Settings.” Click on “All Notifications.” Click “Done”

(4) Save posts to refer to later: Go to the post you want to save and click on the “…” at the top right corner of the post. Click “save link.”

(5) Like or comment on posts you want to follow and get updates on.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

Des Moines Mom is responsible for prize fulfillment unless otherwise noted in the giveaway verbiage.

Des Moines Mom will not be shipping any swag or giveaway items. Swag and General Admission ticket holders will have two opportunities to pick up their swag and/or prizes via a drive-thru contact-free pickup process to limit the number of persons touching the items. Failure to pick up swag and giveaway items will result in forfeiture of these items. Des Moines Mom will not be shipping any swag or giveaway items. Each swag attendee and giveaway winner will be able to designate an alternate person to pick up their items if they are unable to attend either of the Pickup Options. Giveaway winners must be able to pick up within 2 weeks at one of three metro locations.
