  • The role of constitutional conventions
  • Prerogative power: relationship with legislation and constitutional conventions
  • Parliamentary privilege
• Powers and procedures for the enactment, implementation and repeal of primary and secondary legislation by Westminster
• Separation of powers and the rule of law

We will finish by practising MCQs on what we have covered.
