We will be teaching the following parts of the SQE1 Assessment Specification:

Contract terms:

• express terms
• incorporation of terms
• terms implied by common law and statute
• exemption clause
• the interpretation of contract terms
• classification of contract terms (conditions, warranties and innominate terms)
• variation.

We will finish by practising MCQs on what we have covered.
