Special Duties (PEL, PPH and Employers')

We will be teaching the following parts of the SQE1 Assessment Specification:

• claims for pure economic loss arising from either a negligent act or misstatement
• claims for psychiatric harm
• employers’ primary liability (operation and effect of the common law principles)

We will finish by practising MCQs on what we have covered.
