Definition of the offence:

• actus reus
• mens rea.

General defences:

• intoxication
• self-defence/defence of another.

Parties:

• principal offender
• accomplices.

Inchoate offences:

• Attempt to commit an offence.

We will finish by practising MCQs on what we have covered.
