We will be teaching the following parts of the SQE1 Assessment Specification:

• homicide:
  • murder
  • voluntary manslaughter
  • involuntary manslaughter (unlawful act manslaughter, manslaughter by gross negligence)

Partial defences:

• loss of control
• diminished responsibility.

We will finish by practising MCQs on what we have covered.
