• allocation
  • youths jointly charged with adult
• sentencing:
  • role of the Sentencing Children and Young People – definitive guidelines
  • role of the Robbery - Sentencing Children and Young People guideline
  • referral orders
  • detention and training orders
  • youth rehabilitation orders.

We will finish by practising MCQs on what we have covered.
