Join Barber Josh OP and Ramtin Kashani for three intensive days of hands-on education designed to completely change the way you understand and approach hair.

The D.F.S Formula is not about memorizing one haircut or copying step-by-step tutorials. It's about learning the why behind the how, developing a deeper understanding of hair, and building a decision-making system you can apply to every client who sits in your chair.

Throughout the bootcamp, you'll learn concepts and techniques that will help you:

• Understand shape, structure, weight distribution, and hair movement
• Approach every haircut with a clear plan and purpose
• Make stronger decisions throughout the cutting process
• Create more consistent results
• Work with greater confidence behind the chair
• Adapt your knowledge to any client, texture, length, or style

Course Breakdown

Day 1: Understanding the D.F.S Formula

• The foundations and theory behind the D.F.S Formula
• Developing a deeper understanding of hair and the decision-making process behind every haircut
• Applying the D.F.S Formula to longer hair
• Live demonstrations followed by hands-on practical work on mannequins

Day 2: Applying the Formula to Medium Length Hair

• Expanding the D.F.S Formula to medium-length hair
• Reinforcing the core concepts through practical application
• Live demonstrations and extensive hands-on coaching with the educators

Day 3: Short Hair, Consultations & Tailored Haircuts

• Applying the D.F.S Formula to shorter hair
• Client consultations and understanding how to create haircuts tailored to the individual
• Bringing everything together through hands-on application with direct feedback from Josh and Ramtin

Every day includes hands-on training. Live demonstrations and theory are immediately followed by practical application on mannequins, allowing the educators to coach you through the techniques, refine your execution, answer questions, and ensure you leave knowing not only what to do, but why you're doing it.
