We would like to invite you to a webinar hosted by the National Mental Health Intelligence Network (NMHIN) in DHSC showcasing their recent publications in relation to Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) data:

Two new indicators published in the Perinatal Mental Health Fingertips profile:

  • Estimated prevalence of pre-existing or newly diagnosed mental health conditions during the perinatal period in females aged 15 to 55 years.
  • Age standardised rates of access to specialist PMH services for females aged 15 to 54.

A report on the ‘Estimated prevalence of perinatal mental health conditions in England’:

  • This report accompanies the new prevalence metric, and provides intelligence on the prevalence of PMH conditions in females with a birth outcome in 2019.

There will also be the opportunity for discussion and Q&A in the session. If you are unable to attend, the webinar will be recorded and shared on PHI/Online, our public health intelligence community.

This webinar is for:

  • local organisations that plan and deliver services for females with PMH conditions, including NHS and non-NHS providers of care
  • national organisations that lead and develop strategy, policy and guidance for the mental health of females with PMH conditions
