Long awaited hands on course in Bristol on October 1-2
2 days intensive hands on course where I will share loads of information and we are going to bake lots of goodies
this is a combined course with patisserie sponge cakes and French mousse cakes
you will be able to make:
mousse cake and mini portions
Petit desserts
Sponge cakes with fillings
Buttercream frosting and ganache
mirror glaze
Basic decoration
and best of all you will take all shared cakes home!

what are we going to make :
"peanuts overload" mousse cakes ( chocolate sponge, coffee namelaka, salted caramel with peanuts, peanut mousse)
"fruit overload" mousse cakes ( orange sponge, orange compote, redcurrant mousse, passion fruit mousse)
petit dessert ( flavour to be confirmed)
"Very lemon" sponge cake ( moist lemon cake, lemon curd, strawberry 🍓 coulis, mascarpone cream)
"Meringue and chocolate" sponge cake ( chocolate sponge, hazelnut meringues, chocolate ganache, cream cheese)
and more! Ganaches, buttercream, mirror glaze, velvet spray, basic decoration and loads of fun!
