DDC Next returns to Toronto October 22nd, 2026, as a distinct one-day event set apart from Digital Day Camp Leadership, which takes place on October 21st. Each event is built for a different audience, with different outcomes.

Vendor & Ad Tech Company Ticket Policy

To maintain the integrity and balance of the event experience for our core community of publishers, agencies, and brand leaders, we have established the following guidelines for vendor and ad tech company participation:

  1. One-Time Attendance Policy
    Vendors and ad tech companies are permitted to purchase a Vendor and Tech Company ticket to the conference once. This is a one-time opportunity to experience the event firsthand and gain insight into the unique format, audience, and content.
  2. Non-Transferable
    Tickets purchased under this policy are non-transferable and must be used by the individual or company representative identified at the time of registration.
  3. No Repeat Attendance Without Sponsorship
    After a company attends once, vendors and ad tech companies must engage as official sponsors to participate in future Digital Day Camp events. Repeat attendance via general admission is not permitted.
  4. Limited Availability
    A limited number of tickets for vendor and ad tech companies will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to close availability once the cap is reached.
  5. Participation Guidelines
    While attending, vendors and ad tech representatives are expected to engage professionally and respectfully. Solicitation outside of sponsored activations is discouraged to preserve the collaborative environment of the event.

By purchasing a ticket under this policy, attendees agree to abide by these terms. This structure is intended to give new companies an opportunity to explore the conference and determine future sponsorship fit, while ensuring the event remains balanced, inclusive, and participant-led.
