Working together - sharing problems, designing solutions

If you’re stuck, hitting a brick wall or can’t get buy in, sharing your problem with like-minded people in a safe and collaborative way will help you find a solution. In this free solutions focused workshop, we will facilitate a confidential discussion to get you answers and actions, and you’ll get the sense of the process which you can use in your own organisation.

👥 Who is it for Any nonprofit staff, consultants or agencies working with nonprofits who need to figure out what to do about an issue they have related to a (digital) change happening in their team/project or organisation.

🎁 What you’ll get out of it You will leave with some actions you can immediately do. You will get the sense of the solutions-focussed problem solving approach so you can use it in your own organisation. You’ll connect with like-minded people. And - you will feel more confident in your role and energised to try new actions.

❓Why come? Sharing a problem with peers is a great way to build confidence in your skills and expertise. “I’m glad to know I’m not going mad - other people face the same challenges as me!”, people said to us after this workshop. The added value is that you will also be able to move on from the problem and look for solutions within your grasp. 👩🏾‍💻 Format The workshop will be on Zoom, using breakout rooms and Miro board for group work.
