Welcome to DiG PDX! We can't wait for your kiddos to dig in! 

Welcome to our play by reservation ticket page. During busy days, like holidays or when kids are out of school, we offer play by reservation. 

Tickets are $18 + $1 ticket fee per child. Each play session is 1 hour and 30 minutes long. If you bring an infant who will not play in the sandboxes they will enter for free. All ticket sales are final.

Trying to purchase a ticket with a gift card or punchcard? Do not go through the check-out flow on Ticket Tailor. Email over your info to hello@digpdx.com and we can issue the ticket for you! Make sure to include the session of your choice, first and last name, phone number and gift card number or the kids' name on the punch pass.

Age restrictions: 

• All sessions: 0-12 years old. 

We recommend filling our liability waiver at home to save time at check-in.

General Rules:

• Footwear Policy: Socks and shoes are not allowed in the sandboxes.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for children and must remain on-site at all times. DiG PDX employees are not responsible for any child visiting.
• Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the sandboxes and only allowed in the designated eating area.
• Outside food is OK. However, please do not bring in any common allergens (e.g. nuts) into the facility.
• Guardian's must sign the liability waiver before children are allowed to enter the sandboxes. Save time at check in - fill it out in advance at home.
• No "outside" toys are allowed in the sandboxes. If your child bring some in, we will ask them to be stored in one of our cubbies.
• No throwing sand. Sand and toys should be kept in sandboxes at all times. The yellow hallway is not a play area. 
• Please ensure your children do not run inside our premises.
• DiG PDX is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
• Any aggressive, overly disruptive and/or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of all families, and we reserve the right to ask individuals engaging in such behavior to leave the premises and in some cases, will not be allowed to return.

All ticket sales are non-refundable and once booked it's not possible to switch sessions. We do not offer credits. If you know you can't make it due to illness or any other reason, you may gift your ticket to a friend. They can bring your ticket or check-in using your name.

• Note: We do not allow informal or formal birthday parties/celebrations at DiG during during our play sessions. This includes bringing cakes, cupcakes, decor, balloons or similar items in during play. If you would like to book a party at DiG PDX, please go here.
