Labor Day Play at DiG PDX is Reservation Only!

Tickets are $18 + $1 ticket fee per child. Each play session is 1 hour and 30 minutes long. If you bring an infant who will not enter the sandboxes they will enter for free. All ticket sales are final.

Note: We do not allow informal or formal birthday parties/celebrations at DiG during during our play sessions. This includes bringing cakes, cupcakes, decor, balloons, etc or similar items in during play. If you would like to book a party at DiG PDX, please go here.

Age restrictions: 

• All sessions: 0-12 years old. 

General Rules

• Adults must sign our liability waiver to enter. Please fill it out from home, prior to your arrival. You only need to sign the waiver one time, so if you have signed it before, no need to sign it again.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and must remain on-site at all times.
• DiG PDX employees are not responsible for children visiting the facility.
• Any aggressive, overly disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask individuals engaging in such behavior to leave. Repeat offenses may result in a ban.

No HAPPY HOUR on Labor Day, sorry!

Liability & Belongings

• Guardians must sign our liability waiver before children can enter the sandboxes. You only need to sign the waiver once. Please complete it from home prior to your visit.
• DiG PDX is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.

Footwear Policy & Toys

• Footwear Policy: Socks and shoes are not allowed in the sandboxes.
• No outside toys are allowed in the sandboxes. If brought in, they must be stored in a cubby.

Safety Rules

• No running inside the premises.
• No throwing sand. Sand and toys must remain in the sandboxes.
• Parents, help keep our benches sand free!
• The hallway is not a play area, please keep area clear and free from toys and sand.

Food & Drinks

• Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the sandboxes.
• Food and drinks are only allowed in the designated eating area.
• Outside food is permitted, but please avoid bringing common allergens (e.g., nuts).
  

Commitment to a Safe Environment

Our priority is the safety and enjoyment of all families visiting DiG PDX. If a child is not following our rules, our staff will step in to remind both the child and their guardian to help keep everyone safe. Thank you for helping us maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming space for everyone! 

Ticket Sales Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable and once booked it's not possible to switch sessions. We do not offer refunds, credits or make-up sessions for missed play times. If you have purchased a ticket and know you can't make it due to illness or any other reason, you may gift your ticket to a friend. They can bring your ticket or check-in using your name.

FAQs

Q: My kiddo has a runny nose — can we still come play?
A: No, sorry. Please come back when everyone is feeling well.

Q: I have tickets for sessions back to back. Can we stay during the 30-minute break?
A: No, sorry. We clean and sanitize between play sessions and staff also needs a break. You’re welcome to grab a snack in the car or visit the tropical fish store upstairs while you wait for the next session to start.

Q: Can I use my punch pass to reserve a ticket?
A: Yes! Email your details to hello@digpdx.com and we’ll help you.

Q: It’s my child’s birthday — can we celebrate them during open play?
A: No, sorry. We do not allow any type of formal or informal celebrations using our play sessions. Birthday celebrations require a party booking → book here.
