CARDIEL - skate punk from Mexico City with elements of psych/stoner rock/dub

Natives of Valencia, Venezuela, Cardiel formed in Mexico City in the middle of 2010 by Samantha Ambrosio (drums/vocals) and Miguel Fraino (guitar/vocals). The idea behind the band was to make music for skateboarding videos, achieving the combination between the fast and aggressive to a psychedelic dub. The band has gained notoriety among the skate sub-culture and has been featured by Thrasher magazine. They have played at important events for the skate community in Mexico, like the 30 years of the Thrasher Magazine party in Mexico, Skate Rock concert tours with Thrasher magazine in Mexico, and the 50 year event of House of Vans in Mexico City. In 2015 and 2017, they played at the SXSW festival. They have also played at the Festival Palafoxiano, the Doomed and Stoned Festival Latin America and have been featured on media music shows and throughout Latin America, including Vice Media, Univision and Canal Once (Mexico).

PSYCHOTIC REACTION - heavy psych/stoner rock from Norman, OK

Psychotic Reaction is High Energy Rock and Roll band from Norman, OK. est. 2007 influenced by The Stooges, MC5, Radio Birdman, 13th Floor Elevators, Count Five, Chocolate Watchband, The Yardbirds, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Wipers, Mudhoney, Dead Meadow, Slayer, Black Flag, Melvins, early country blues music, H.P. Lovecraft, George Orwell and Lucid Dreams. The two founding members and main songwriters, Nolan and Robert, through various lineup changes over the years, have been touring the U.S. since 2014. Savage Magic Records will be releasing their 7th studio LP "Dystopian Anthems for Lotus Eaters" on 12" vinyl in September 2024 . The 7 track LP was recorded in the summer of 2021. In April 2024, the band signed with Wet Records to release their 6th album "Island of Light" on 12" vinyl, they'll be releasing the 5th album "Ocean of Darkness" in early 2025 with the same label. This will be followed by more releases to come from Savage Magic Records including the bands back catalog of albums dating back to 2010 and unreleased live and studio material from 2018-2019. In April 2024 the group started work on their 8th studio record with Kain on drums and Ryan on bass, who have joined the band in the last two years. The group has plans to finish in mid 2025 followed by several more albums to be recorded and released and more touring.

THREE BLIND BATS - hardcore punk from El Paso, TX
3 Blind Bats formed in the summer of 1988. Described in December 1991 MaximumRockNRoll Zine # 103 as “Big hair whirlwind hardcore”. However, we remain just a straightforward hardcore punk band from El Paso, TX. Fast, loud, bats, skulls, & identifiable artwork are infused into the band’s appeal. 3BB’s history within the El Paso punk scene is recognized in Tara Lopez’s 2024 book ‘Chuco Punk (Sonic Insurgency in El Paso). Rob Schaffino (vocals, guitar), Nick Schaffino (guitar), Pancho Mendoza (guitar), Tejas Amaya (Bass, vocals), & ‘Turbo’ Turcios (Drums) is the recent lineup that breathes life back into the 3 Blind Bats to perform once again after 20 years. ‘Hardcore Punk Bat Music for Bat People’ motto remains unchanged after 36 years.
