What we will cover
This session will help you learn how to make online and hybrid meetings more inclusive. It will focus on the practical steps to planning and running meetings, events and community engagement activities with a focus on hybrid meetings.
- Common barriers that stop people from taking part in online meetings and community activities.
- Practical steps to plan and run inclusive hybrid meetings.
- Built-in accessibility features on Zoom and Teams.
- Real-world ideas you can use.
Accessibility and Support
- Cations: live automated captions will be enabled.
- Participation: you are welcome to participate in whatever way works best for you (camera on or off, speaking aloud or using the chat).
- Materials: Slide deck will be shared ahead of time and circulated after the webinar.
