South Ken ZEN+ Stakeholder Engagement Webinar

Tue 10 Dec 2024 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM GMT Online, Online call

The South Ken ZEN+ Programme (www.southkenzen.org) carried out an intense summer of stakeholder engagement activities between April and July 2024.  Come along to this free hour-long webinar, to hear what we found.

Our aim was to hear from people who live, work and study in South Kensington and understand their views on climate change, the impact it's having on our neighbourhood and what they think we can do about it.

Working with Placemaking Consultants, Allies & Morrison, we carried out a wide range of activities to gather thoughts - both online and in person - including interviews, webinars, walking tours, an online survey, art activities, and a 'walkshop'.  We were able to reach about 20,000 people locally and collected a very diverse set of ideas, opinions and suggestions.

Allies & Morrison have now finalised their report, which can be found here, on our website.

The report highlights six emerging priorities for the neighbourhood and identifies 38 possible project ideas - all of which have come directly from the people who engaged with us.  This work has given us a strong starting point from which to explore projects, funding and support to transform South Kensington into a greener, safer and more climate-resilient neighbourhood.

Join us at this online webinar to hear more about what we found and help us think about what we do next.
