40-Hour Professional Mediation Training

This 40-hour mediation course is designed to acquaint participants with the philosophy, concepts, process model and specific behavioral skills needed for working as a beginning mediator. Master a collaborative, interest-based mediation model that will assist parties in conflict to find mutually agreeable solutions. This is the foundation course for all DRC volunteer mediators, and transformational for all individuals and professionals working with conflict.

The 40-Hour Training takes place on Thursdays 5-9pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30am-5:00pm.

Cost: Early Bird (through  August 15, 2024 @ 5pm) $745; Regular $795. Registration ends on September 12 @ 5pm.

This Training will be in Person. It is interactive and we count on your participation.
