Multi-Party Restorative Mediation Training

Learn how to structure restorative mediations for groups in conflict. Participants will learn to encourage strategies for self-awareness, self-advocacy among parties, and how to structure a restorative conversation that allow parties to get their own needs met while meeting the needs of others.

This 3-day training, along with appropriate observations and co-mediations, is required for all those who wish to mediate Multi-Party Restorative Mediations for the Kitsap DRC as well as other agencies. The pre-requisite is the 3-day Restorative Circles Training or pre-approved equivalent. If you have not yet attended a pre-approved Restorative Circle Training you can still attend this training. You will need to attend all required days of training for MPRM Certification.

The cost is $325 for DRC affiliates; $490 for non-Kitsap DRC Volunteers. All prior attendees can pay the $20/day audit fee.
