High Conflict De-escalation In-Service

Have you ever frozen during a time in mediation when things escalated? Or thanked your lucky stars that you had a co-mediator? Or did you decide it was a good time to change the subject and later wondered what opportunities you might have missed?

During this InService we will look at broad principles of de-escalation and some of our barriers in addressing it both within and outside the mediation context.

Our In Person evening format includes a light dinner and social time at 5:30, with the main program starting at 6pm. Dinner is on us!
