Distant Dances is a rolling programme of workshops - adventures in movement and dance - led by Cornwall-based dancer and choreographer Kyra Norman, in partnership with various venues around Cornwall, UK, and in online spaces.  For the Penzance series, each session will include a group warm up, guided solo/ partner/ whole group movement scores and suggestions, into a fairly free-for-all knees-up to finish.
