OPTIMISING INFANT SLEEP IN THE FIRST 24 MONTHS OF LIFE: SETTING THE BEST FOUNDATIONS FOR BRILLIANT SLEEP FOR YOUR BABY

We are delighted to announce a webinar with Nancy Foreman, an OCN Level 5 Sleep Practitioner and founder of Teach Sleep, on Tuesday 29th September at 10-11am

Designed for expectant parents, those currently on parental leave, and parents preparing to return to work, this practical and supportive session will cover:

  • How infant sleep develops during the first two years
  • The foundations of healthy sleep, including environment, routines and self-settling
  • Managing common sleep challenges and regressions
  • Maintaining healthy sleep habits while navigating the return to work

Drawing on her experience supporting hundreds of families and her own experience as a working parent, Nancy will share practical, evidence-based strategies that can be implemented immediately to improve sleep for both babies and parents.

This 60-minute online workshop will provide clear, trustworthy guidance to help you feel confident and supported in establishing healthy sleep habits from the start.

There is no charge to attend.
