Sovereign Women's Circle is a guided, community-led circle—a sacred container for connection and exploration.

Each month we hold a central theme to inspire conversation, but the heart of our gathering is what’s alive for you, right now. Together, we co-create the space through honest sharing, provoking conversation and embodied practices.

This circle is for women* (cis, trans and assigned female at birth) who are:

• Craving raw, honest conversations about self, sex, love, relationships and everything in between.
• Curious about how hormones, emotions and the menstrual cycle shape your energy and mood.
• Healing shame not only around pleasure—but also anger, vulnerability, emotional expression and being ‘too much ‘or ‘not enough’
• Exploring desire, intimacy, and boundaries in all forms—monogamous or not.
• Longing for a space to unpack heartbreak, longing and the messy beauty of love.
• Ready to step into your fullness and reclaim pleasure, self-pleasure and orgasms as sacred and empowering.
• Open to celebrating kink, creativity and the playful sides of sexuality.
• Wanting to better understand and honour your body, fertility, and cyclical wisdom.
• Seeking sisterhood, connection.
• Curious about how their cycle impacts their erotic energy.
