"Nourishing the Mother: A Sacred Mother's Day Ceremony" is a two-hour gathering on May 16th at Atmananda Yoga Studio in Edgewater, NJ — designed to give mothers what we spend so much of ourselves giving to everyone else: presence, nourishment, and real, witnessed care.

Here is what your ticket includes:

Nourishing herbal tea on arrival. Reiki energy healing. A community altar experience — you'll be asked to bring one small object meaningful to your motherhood journey; it will be placed on our shared altar alongside fresh flowers for the duration of our time together and returned to you at the close, held by the energy of every woman in that room. A fire release ritual to let go of what you've been carrying. A closing healing circle.

This is for the mother who is deep in it right now. For the mother who is doing beautifully and still needs to be held. For the mother who is grieving, celebrating, somewhere in between, or all three at once. All of it belongs here.

What to bring: One small object symbolic of your motherhood journey — a photo, a stone, something handmade, something inherited, something only you know the meaning of.

What to wear: Whatever you'll be comfortable sitting and breathing in.

What to expect: To feel something. To be held. To leave a little lighter and a little more yourself.
