We dance. We don’t judge. We cheer each other on! 

What to Expect:

• Warm up → TNV Practice → drills → choreo → cool down

• Music: Hip Hop, Bounce, Afrobeats, Bouyon, Dancehall, Soca, Experimental Sounds! + more

• 18+ only | All abilities welcome (adaptations included)

• Bring water (you’ll sweat!) + knee pads if you have them

Essentials

• Tickets non-refundable (you can defer/gift 24hrs before class, space permitting - visit FAQs for details).

• Class Passes: After booking, email us your chosen class dates to secure your spaces. Dates are subject to availability + our usual transfer policy.
