Paw Print Etiquette:
- This is an e-ticket event. Please ensure you can display your tickets on your phone or bring printed copies, as you will not gain access to the venue without them.
- Please bring your furry friends who are friendly, well-socialised, and up to date on their vaccinations.
- Once inside, dogs must be kept under control on the lead except in the Dog Days enclosed area where you are free to unleash your dog and let them roam freely, but please keep a watchful eye on them as they are still your responsibility.
- Kindly ensure you clean up after your dog and dispose of any mess by bagging and binning it. In the spirit of harmony, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing aggressive dogs to the event.
- Lastly, for all safety, we ask that you do not bring pregnant dogs or those currently in their season.

These terms and conditions apply to tickets purchased from ticketaylor.com and dogdaysuk.com. Please read all these terms carefully before placing your order for tickets. By placing your order, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. You should save a copy of these terms for future reference.
We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version on our site. Changes to these terms will not apply retrospectively. Changes to these terms will apply to any further ticket purchases after the date the new terms, including the change, are posted on our site. If you choose to place further ticket purchases through the site, you should check that you have read the latest version of these terms before purchasing your ticket as you will be agreeing to be bound by them.
Dog Days UK is the event organiser, and the venue is owned by Laine Pub Company. All parties take no responsibility for your dog or its actions. You must keep them safe, and if your dog harms another dog or person, you will be liable.
Dogs attending the event must be friendly, well-socialised, and up to date with their vaccinations. Dogs showing aggression towards other dogs or humans will be asked to leave. Please ensure your pet insurance provides public liability in the event they harm another dog or person.
If you or your dog are harmed by someone else's dog, you must resolve the matter with the dog's owner. Dog Days UK and the venue take no responsibility for the actions of the dogs attending. Should a fellow guest harm your dog, they will be personally accountable, and all issues must be resolved as if in a public space. All children must be accounted for - children 16 or under and children 6 or under are charged a reduced rate, and you must still order a ticket for them.
Tickets:
We make our best efforts to ensure that the prices of tickets displayed are correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some tickets on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of a ticket you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this error. You will have the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order.
If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you of the cancellation.
You must purchase the correct ticket to attend. If you are bringing a dog in your booking, all people in the party must have a ticket.
All dogs must be accounted for, and we ask you to order a ticket for your dog (they are free). Please do not attend without a ticket for them.

Cancellation, postponement, or changes to your event:
Occasionally events may be changed, postponed, or cancelled. It is your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead as scheduled. All advertised times are approximate and subject to change.
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase (unless the event has been cancelled or postponed). If the event should be cancelled or postponed, you will receive a refund minus the booking fee paid to the event ticketing solution.
At the venue:
We love it when you have a great time at our events, and sometimes we will take photos or make video recordings of the event, people, and dogs. Footage could be used but not limited to the website, event and marketing promotion, social media content adverts, and press materials. If you would like to request the removal of your image, you can email: bark@dogdaysuk.com
Please be aware that while we will endeavour to action any requests, on occasion, we may not be able to remove footage once it has been published or in the public domain.
