Led by an expert Italian chef, you’ll learn how to make pasta from scratch - mixing, kneading, and rolling your own fettuccine—and then use your fresh sheets to assemble a delicious homemade lasagna. It’s a fully hands-on class designed to teach you real Italian techniques while enjoying a fun, friendly atmosphere. After cooking, sit down to taste your creations paired with local wine and a final coffee.
