Join us for our very special 25th birthday party as we mark a quarter century of the Donegal Women in Business Network. We will be celebrating in style at Lough Eske Castle in an afternoon event dedicated to raising a glass to our community and inspiring the next chapter of female leaders and entrepreneurs at every level.
Everyone is welcome to attend, you don’t have to be a member or even in business, this is an opportunity to celebrate all women in business and join the celebration of how far we have come, how vital our network is and how much we have to look forward to.

Master of ceremonies, broadcaster Andrea Gilligan will be joined by the President and Vice President of the Donegal Women in Business Network, Larissa Feeney FCA and our Vice President Sally Murphy.

We are honoured to have Brenda Hegarty, Head of Donegal LEO; Michael Tunney, Business Consultant; and Katherine McGovern, previous President of DWIBN (1999), share their insights on the foundation of the Network and the difference that it has made.

Speakers
Sonya Lennon our keynote speaker is a designer for her womenswear brand, Lennon Courtney, a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, and a social entrepreneur. She is the founder of Work Equal and LIFT Ireland, and a high-profile advocate for equitable workplaces. Sonya recently completed a Masters in Business Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at IADT and has been an expert witness for gender equity at a European level.
Claire Walsh, Leadership Consultant and Owner of Intentionality, will deliver a talk on "Leading the Way with Customer-Centric Culture”. Claire will share strategies to accelerate business growth by focusing on customer and employee experiences, boosting loyalty, and driving results.
Miranda Rosenberg, Educator and Content Creator, will provide practical advice on building confidence and self-image to succeed in business.
