DCTU presents an art-deco tour in the heart of Herne Hill, as a part of the Dulwich Festival in 2025.
Kick off the festival by joining the Herne Hill Society on 10th and 18th May at the court yard of Dorchester court.

On the final day of the festival (Sunday 18th May) we will have several musical performances as well as a final history tour starting at 4pm.

Any donations will be welcome and proceeds will go into protection of Dorchester Court.

Dorchester Court is a grade II listed estate of eight art-deco blocks in Herne Hill, designed by Kemp & Tasker and built circa 1935. The estate’s 96 flats form a tight knit community of leaseholders and renters, a very large number of whom are themselves artists. As an art festival site, Dorchester Court will offer exhibits by many of the resident artists, history walks for visitors to explore the rich heritage of the estate and nearby listed buildings, and also an exhibition on the decades of campaigning to protect both the estate and its community.
