BROCKHAM BONFIRE NIGHT
Get the best seats in the house at one of the biggest nights of the year.
PARKING INCLUDED
Resident Chef Robert Foster will be preparing a Bonfire canapés where you can arrive from 6.30 pm and have a selection of canapés followed by watching the fireworks from the Club Balcony with a bar open upstairs
On the menu is:
- Salt and pepper tempura chicken, sweet chilli relish
- Yorkshire pudding filed with beef and horseradish
- Rosemary and parmesan shortbread topped with creamed goats cheese
- Smoked haddock fish cakes in panko crumb
- Beetroot bhaji in mango yoghurt dip
- Tandoori chicken with raita
- Quail scotch egg and salad cream
- Crispy cod and pea puree
- Smoked salmon and pickled cucumber
- Drunken cherry chocolate pots
