Bring your family and friends to our fireworks spectacular!

EVENT INFORMATION:
TIMINGS: Gates open 5pm. Event ends 7pm.
ENTRANCE: Enter through the school front gate. Please bring proof of ticket purchase.
££££: Cash or Card via QR codes. Or get an event stamp card for easy payments. Great for the kids!!! 

FOOD: Hot dogs, burgers and samosas are available from our hot food stall. Vegetarian options available.

BAR: Head to the bar for warming mulled wine, beers, prosecco and more.

HOT DRINKS: Warm yourself up with a variety of hot drinks.

GLOW TOYS: Get glowing! Lots of exciting toys will be available to buy to light up the night and take home.

SOMETHING SWEET: Get your fix of delicious treats and soft drinks.

RAINBOW RAFFLE: Buy tickets to win a hamper of delights. £2 per ticket.

PARKING:

Event parking is Dorney Village Hall car park, off Meadow Way/Oak Stubbs Way. Or other roads in area. Please park respectfully and allow time to walk to the playground entrance. 

If you can walk then even better! 

Please DO NOT park in Harcourt Close by the school entrance as this MUST be left clear for emergency access for the event.

IN PREPARING FOR THIS EVENT, WE HAVE COMPLIED WITH THE LATEST FIREWORK SAFETY REGULATIONS. THEREFORE, WE REMIND PARENTS THAT SUITABLE FLAME RETARDANT CLOTHING SHOULD BE WORN AND THAT YOU ARE WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND SUPERVISION OF YOUR CHILDREN.
NO SPARKLERS, FIRECRACKERS, FIREWORKS OR SCOOTERS ARE TO BE TAKEN TO THE EVENT.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING/VAPING SITE.
