You are invited to participate in a focused initiative designed to identify and activate the next generation of Diamond leaders.

This exclusive experience brings together Blue Diamond and Presidential Diamond leaders with a carefully selected group of high-potential individuals—those who have the capacity to build to Diamond and beyond.

This is not a traditional training event. It is a curated, immersive experience designed to:

• Create belief through connection and culture
• Provide direct access to corporate and top field leadership
• Clearly outline the pathway to Diamond
• Activate individuals with a plan and conviction to build

Event Details

July 16 (1:00 PM) – July 17 (5:00 PM)
📍 doTERRA Corporate Campus
🕒 Format: One afternoon/evening + one full day

What to Expect

Participants will experience an immersive environment designed to build vision, belief, and momentum.

Highlights include:

• Campus immersion and leadership access
• Product and opportunity storytelling
• Business-building insights and pathway clarity
• Small-group discussions and goal setting
• Meaningful connections with corporate and field leaders
• Hosted dinner experience
• Optional evening activity

Every element of the experience has been intentionally designed to help future builders clearly see what is possible and understand the pathway to achieving it.

Hotel & Event Expenses

doTERRA will provide:

• One hotel room per Founder or Diamond+ leader
• Event programming
• Meals during the experience

Hotel accommodations will be provided for the nights of July 16 and July 17.

Maximum occupancy: 4 people per room

Leaders are responsible for:

• Any additional hotel rooms beyond the room provided
• Any additional nights before or after the event
• Travel expenses

Your Role as a Leader

Each attending leader is asked to bring at least one individual who demonstrates the potential to become a future Diamond builder.

Ideal candidates may include individuals who:

• Have strong social influence and network reach
• Are passionate about natural health and wellness
• Are typically between ages 30–45 (flexible based on maturity and influence)
• Demonstrate clear potential to build to Diamond
• Are currently Premier or below, or not yet enrolled

This experience is intentionally designed to be relational, immersive, and activating.

Our role is to create the environment. Your role is to bring the right person into the room.

Registration & Confirmation

Space is limited.

This event has a maximum capacity of 150 attendees. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all available spaces are filled.

Please register as soon as you have confirmed your attendees.

After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send prospects if I am unable to attend?

We strongly encourage leaders to attend alongside their prospects. However, if you are unable to attend, another Founder or Diamond+ leader may attend in your place and serve as the designated host for your attendees.

Every group must have a designated leader host.

How many leaders can I bring?

At least one is required to attend. You may bring up to four attendees.

Who is eligible to participate?

All North America Founders and Diamond+ leaders who have achieved Diamond at least once within the past 12 months are eligible to participate.

Does the person I bring need to be personally enrolled by me?

No.

Is this event in person or virtual?

This experience is in-person only.

Can I receive corporate financial support toward an Airbnb instead of the provided hotel accommodations?

Unfortunately, corporate support is only available through the designated hotel accommodations and cannot be applied toward Airbnb lodging.
