The 30-piece Down for the Count Orchestra return to Albert Hall, Nottingham for their annual festive spectacular - it's time to Swing Into Christmas!

Expect exuberant recreations of classics from the swing era, including I’ve Got You Under My Skin, New York, New York and That’s Life, alongside original arrangements of jazz and festive standards by principal conductor Mike Paul-Smith and arranger Simon Joyner.

The Down for the Count Swing Orchestra are one of the UK's most highly regarded vintage ensembles, having sold out numerous shows at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, The London Jazz Festival, Cadogan Hall and more.

The venue & parking:

This event takes place at Albert Hall Conference Centre, Derby Rd, Nottingham NG1 5AA.

There is on-street parking available close to the venue and several multi-story car parks nearby.

There will be a bar open from 6.30pm. Doors to the auditorium will open at 7.00pm and the performance will begin at 7.30pm. Please note that only soft drinks may be taken into the auditorium.
