Storytelling Events at Downtown Art Center (DAC)
MOCA (Mayor's Office of Culture and the Arts) and DAC are collaborating to bring two captivating storytelling sessions to the Downtown Art Center. Led by cultural experts Kumu Hula Ainsley Halemanu and Dr. Sam ʻOhu Gon III, these events feature ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi by showcasing the profound power of moʻolelo (storytelling) in preserving and sharing Hawaiian history, values, and traditions. These events are FREE with RSVP and open to the public.
