2026 Downtown Do The Brew

The 14th annual Downtown Hastings "DO THE BREW" is a craft beer-tasting event featuring Nebraska-made craft beers, ciders, spirits, kombucha, and coffee. We are proud to feature Nebraska brewers!!  The event's purpose is to bring the unique taste of Nebraska-made craft beverages to South Central Nebraska residents and raise money for local non-profit organizations.  This year's non-profits include: Prairie Loft Center, Hastings Young Professionals, and the Nebraska Craft Brewers Guild.

A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS WILL BE SOLD TO THIS EVENT! – THIS IS A 21 AND OVER EVENT.

• VIP 4PM-8PM ***EARLY ENTRY- ACCESS TO NEBRASKA CRAFT BEERS, CIDERS,  SPIRITS, KOMBUCHAS, AND COFFEES -A FULL-SIZE COMMEMORATIVE GLASS-SPECIALITY SNACKS BY THE WINE AND CHEESE SHOP-$10 FOOD TRUCK VOUCHER-PRIVATE RESTROOMS!!-MEET THE BREWERS ONE ONE-ON-ONE DURING THE FIRST HOUR OF THE EVENT.

• General Admission 5PM-8PM*** ACCESS TO NEBRASKA CRAFT BEERS, CIDERS, SPIRITS,  KOMBUCHAS, AND COFFEES -A FULL-SIZE COMMEMORATIVE GLASS.

The location will be 400 N Hastings Ave, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE of the City Auditorium.  

Eats: 

We are happy to have food vendors join us for the festival.   Meanbone BBQ and The Que will all be available for purchase from 4-8 pm.
