Shamanic Drumming Circle

Join us for a Shamanic Drumming Circle at Meadow Orchard, a very special natural outdoor space in Crouch End. This circle is open to new and experienced drummers alike, including those who are new to shamanism or those who are experienced in shamanic practice. We will be working with the medicine wheel and smudging to create sacred space, then drumming in rounds with intention. We will be seated in the glade at the back of the meadow. Please bring your own drum or get in touch if you need one as we have one or two spare. Drumming can create a sense of connectedness, release negative feelings, puts you in the present moment and makes you happy! This event is outdoors, if the weather isn't in our favour we will be in the round cob house. Please note that Meadow Orchard is a garden meadow and as such does not have any running water or electricity.
