   You must hold a valid ticket for the Cardiff game.
2. 🚲 Bike Booking:
   You must book your bike in on the day of the game.
3. 🔍 Ticket Scan:
   You must scan your match ticket on entry to the Cardiff game.

Rodney Parade Cycle Hub – Terms & Conditions

1. Security & Safety

1.1. Only registered members may access the Cycle Hub. Do not allow others, or their bikes, inside the unit.

1.2. Bikes must always be locked securely inside the hub.

1.3. Equipment must be used responsibly and in a safe manner. Users must not cause harm to themselves, others, or the facility’s property.

1.4. No bikes are permitted to remain onsite overnight.

1.5. All bikes and belongings are stored at the owner’s own risk. Dragons RFC accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

2. Privacy & Respect

2.1. Photography, videography, or recording within the Cycle Hub is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Members must not post or share any content that identifies another member without their explicit consent.

2.3. Members must show respect to fellow users, staff, and visitors at all times.

3. Emergency Access

3.1. Fire exits and emergency routes must be kept clear at all times.

3.2. Any obstruction of emergency exits may result in suspension of access rights.

4. Consideration & Courtesy

4.1. Members should enter and leave the premises quietly to respect our neighbours.

4.2. Bikes must be parked safely and in designated areas within the hub.

4.3. Users must not engage in disruptive, aggressive, or anti-social behaviour.

5. Liability & Damage

5.1. Dragons RFC is not responsible for any personal injury sustained while using the Cycle Hub.

5.2. Members are liable for any damage they cause to the facility, equipment, or other users’ property.

5.3. Any accidents or hazards must be reported immediately to Dragons RFC staff.

6. Enforcement of Rules

6.1. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or permanent revocation of Cycle Hub access.

6.2. Dragons RFC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
