Our pilot BATSHIT recently premiered at SERIESFEST in Denver, Colorado. While attending the event, not only did we take home the Best Comedy Writer award (THANK YOU!), we also connected with a lot of projects from Los Angeles. Now we're putting together an LA screening with some of our new friends! Join us for an evening of independent shorts and pilots on the main stage at The Broadwater Theatre as we keep the Colorado party going for one more night. And as always, grab a drink with us at The Plunge afterwards!

APTITUDE (Best Writer, Drama) - In a near-future society where a high-stakes virtual exam dictates one's future, a desperate student must decide whether to risk everything by cheating or accept a system designed for her to fail.

STEP-FRIEND - Scout moves back into her childhood home with one mission: break up her dad and her former best friend–turned–stepmom. But as they stumble through classic sitcom setups - like a camping trip or a very special episode - Scout starts to realize this untraditional family might be exactly what she’s been missing.

BATSHIT (Best Writer, Comedy) - Batshit follows the adventures of an unbalanced psychic/doctor/detective, Kharma Batshit, as she solves the case of the week, riffing off the insane storylines of such shows as House MD, Medium, Homeland and Dexter through the lens of Airplane or The Naked Gun. 

SOFT BOIL (Best Performance & Audience Award, Comedy) - When Lulu catches her boyfriend cheating on her, her personal life spins out of control. Throughout the series, Lulu's own chaos infiltrates the Karpf family’s structured (and repressed) lives, exposing everyone’s lies, including her own. In doing so, she starts to realize her chaos may actually be her greatest strength.
