The Returning; A gathering for those who hold others

Dear one,

This is a gathering where responsibility can soften, and you can be held.

Through meditation, mindful movement, and optional sharing, you’re invited to return to yourself, going beneath the roles you carry.

To listen inward.
To notice what you need.
To tend to yourself with the same care you so freely offer others.

The evening which will be full of invitations to;
✨Arrive and land in a supportive space.
✨Be exactly as you are, knowing all of you is welcome.

✨ I will be leading us through practices such as meditations, visualisations and movement to help us release and reclaim energy and to orientate toward ourselves and to find our own stead ground.

✨There will be space to be held and heard. There will be a sharing circle as part of the evening. This is a space where you and the others in circle, can share and speak freely whilst being heard and warmly supported. You will be invited to share what is present for you (e.g. What came up for you during the evening? What would you like to share and have witnessed? What is present in your life both relating to and beyond how you space hold for others?).

Practical bits;

The event is limited to 15 places.

There is plentiful free parking at the venue and its walking distance of the train station/bus stop.
