Shibari Life Drawing Vol 2.
An intimate life drawing experience exploring desire, intention, vulnerability, and the magnetic relationship between body and rope.
No matter your skill level, you’ll see that everyone can draw and everyone is welcome!
Shibari Life Drawing Vol. 2 invites you into a more intimate exploration of desire, presence, and embodied expression.
Guided by artist Gabi Kuz, we’ll move beyond drawing the body simply as a subject and begin to explore what happens when we truly look.
Through intuitive prompts, gesture drawing, and moments of stillness, we’ll soften the analytical mind and allow curiosity, sensation, and desire to guide the hand. The intention is not to create a perfect drawing, but to become more present with what is unfolding in front of you.
Live models Kailey Faye and Sam will move through a series of intimate and sculptural compositions, incorporating moments of shibari — the Japanese art of rope.
As rope moves across the body, the composition continuously transforms. Lines tighten and soften. Bodies open and contract. Tension meets surrender. The tying becomes part of the visual language, creating an evolving interplay of desire, trust, power, vulnerability, and intention.
You are invited to witness this process slowly and attentively — noticing what draws your eye, what creates tension, what evokes curiosity, and what you feel compelled to capture.
This is a space to look deeply, follow your desire, and create from presence rather than perfection.

WHY JOIN?
Because desire is creative energy.
When we allow ourselves to notice what draws us in — a gesture, a curve, a shadow, a moment of tension — we begin to understand something about how we see, feel, and create.
Life drawing can become more than an exercise in observation. It can be a practice of attention, intuition, embodiment, and self-expression.
Come draw. Come witness. Come explore what you are drawn toward.
FACILITATOR
Gabi Kuz is an artist and community builder exploring creativity, imagination, embodiment, and perception through art and self-expression.
Her work explores how imagination shapes the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. Through drawing and immersive creative experiences, she invites people to slow down, look more deeply, and reconnect with curiosity, intuition, desire, and creative aliveness.
She believes creativity is not simply about making art — it is a way of seeing, feeling, and relating to reality.
MODEL
Kailey Faye transmits freedom, power, joy, and wealth-of-self through her ever-evolving creative explorations—currently shibari, modeling, ritual theatre, and poetry.
Her bespoke private transformational work is devoted to legendary creators in service to All—initiating them into the movie of their dreams and holding them to the standard of fearless living.
MODEL
Sam is a somatically trained facilitator who approaches shibari rigging as both an art and attunement practice. With a background in creative modeling and expressive photoshoots, she has explored the intersection of form, embodiment, and visual storytelling. Her experience in group facilitation, ceremony, and nervous system work allows her to hold spaces that are grounded, consent-centred, and deeply present for both model and witness.
