Festive Lino Printing Workshop

Escape the Christmas rush for a few hours and spend some time making by hand.

Join me at Millers Yarns and Crafts in Higham Ferrers, for a festive lino printing workshop, where you’ll learn how to design, carve and print your own set of Christmas cards inspired by the winter landscape. Think robins, ravens, deer, winter foliage, stars and other folk-inspired motifs that celebrate the season.

Whether you’ve never picked up a carving tool before or you’re returning to lino printing, you’ll be guided through every step in a friendly, supportive environment. There’s no pressure to be artistic—just a willingness to have a go.

Using traditional printmaking techniques, you’ll create a hand-carved lino block and print a collection of beautiful cards to send to family and friends or keep as a special part of your own Christmas traditions.

All materials and tools are provided, along with refreshments.

You’ll leave with:

• Your own hand-carved lino block.
• A collection of hand-printed Christmas cards.
• The confidence to continue lino printing at home.
