The facilitator will be reaching out to participants prior to the call to determine who we will be dreaming for. At least one night of dedicated dreaming is required.
Inspired by the writings and work of the late dreamwork pioneer, Henry Reed, PhD, (a friend and collegiate of DreamStar Institute’s founder, Dr. Sparrow), we’re excited to collaboratively offer the Dream Helper Circle. At least once each month (perhaps more), for those that choose to participate, we will choose a dreamer to assist.
A Dream Helper Circle is a practice which mutually supports the unfolding process of a chosen dreamer AND the dreamers in the group. The chosen dreamer has an issue of significance that they are seeking assistance or support with. Participants agree to go to sleep with a conscious intention to dream on behalf of this specific individual requesting assistance, although details of the challenging issue are not at this point in the process shared.
The participants/dreamers then record any dreams and share them later with the group. The individual receiving this supports waits, listens and takes in not only the dreams shared, but the group process regarding these dreams before offering their reflections. Each participant is also encouraged to allow the dream they individually received to be a mirror for their own process and unfolding, particularly as it applies to the challenging issue.
