Join us for our second Drift Pro Dance class in Milton Keynes.

Drift Pro classes are designed for dance and movement artists including performers, creatives and teachers who have trained vocationally or are currently training vocationally and who are 18 years of age or older. The classes may be fast paced and offer physical challenges.

When booking your first class, please add the £1 new member joining fee - you only need to pay once between now and 31st August 2025.

This class will be led by the wonderful Effie McGuire Ward.

What to expect:

Effie is offering space to enter class with a mindset of being
unimpressive yet curious, across a landscape of improvised
mobilisations and structured sequences. Giving time to check in
with simplicity, and build up the technical challenge – taking the
spine through curves, tilts and spirals, and playing with sensations
which will likely include opposition, rebound, shift and suspension.
Aiming to cultivate an atmosphere of support and possibility to
energise one another as collaborators in the room.
