What to expect:
Technique meets dynamic expression.
A series of phrases that focus on transitions, finding the
fullness in movement, dynamic flow and using the weight
and breath to build momentum. My movement practice
focuses on the versatile body and expression. The session is
designed to build qualitative strength and body awareness,
taking notes from contemporary techniques, floorwork and
gestural movement, to find balance through lines and curves.
Physical, fluid and specific.
