Imagery Rescripting Workshop

This experiential, interactive workshop is designed for mental health professionals interested in exploring the application of imagery rescripting in addressing childhood trauma with adult clients. Participants will expand their therapeutic toolkit and delve into the transformative potential of this evidence-based intervention. A brief overview of the literature will be provided. In addition, participants will be shown differing applications of this intervention, scripts to assist in intervention delivery, and opportunities to engage in practicums using real memories, where the knowledge is put into practice. With support, participants will learn to guide their clients through rewriting their inner narratives, fostering resilience, and promoting lasting healing.
