Hey, I’m Chaz!

I teach Dru Yoga – a graceful and powerful form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation designed to relieve stress, and calm the mind.

My Dru Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities. No one is too inflexible, too old or too unfit! There’ll be no pressure – just relax and enjoy.

Yoga has been part of my life for many years and has helped me cope with life’s challenges. I passionately believe in its therapeutic benefits.

Class Structure:

A revitalising mix of fun lively activations to music, an Energy Block Release Sequence to improve energy levels, asanas or postures to improve strength, balance and flexibility and a beautiful long, deep relaxation to help you sleep.

When I asked people who attended my class to describe it in one word, these were some of the answers: Safe, nurturing, joyful, fun, invigorating and relaxing.

I am running:

  1. An "in person" class on Thursdays 5:30pm to 6:30pm 
  2. A wellbeing Yoga class on Sundays (on Zoom) 6:30pm to 7:00pm (on a break now)
  3. One to one and corporate classes (on demand)
  4.  Pre swimming short yoga session at Aberdeen beach at the weekends for the wild swimming community (in the summer).
  5. Yoga retreats in collaboration with www.seabiscuitsauna.co.uk
