Come and join us for 1 hour of  Dru yoga and a wee Sound Bath at Aberdeen Beach with an optional Swim/dook in the sea afterward.

The yoga will move to the grass area opposite the saunas or at the park playground in Fittie (depending on the tide levels)

Depending on the day and who is joining, I could decide to include Qigong or Breathwork instead of Yoga, we will go with the flow.

Bring a yoga mat and a hot drink. We recommend you wear layers and bring a big towel or blanket or a jacket to keep warm while lying down during the sound bath/relaxation.

I will bring different instrument as I like a bit of variety.

If you want to join us for Sauna at Barbossa's sauna, Fabio is giving us a wonderful discounted deal @£10 per person. you can pay him by cash or with a card.

His wonderful wife will launch her Crepe's business on the same day...she is next to the sauna. Let me tell you, i already tried her fancy pieces, yummy.
