Yellow Barn Farm Volunteer Days
When: First Thursdays May through October from 4:00-7:00pm
First Thursdays of the month at The Food Solidarity Garden @ Yellow Barn Farm 9417 N Foothills Hwy. Longmont, CO 80503
Food Solidarity Garden days will be spent tending DAR’s one-acre annual and perennial garden at Yellow Barn Farm. Depending on the season, you can expect to participate in activities such as planting, weeding, mulching, harvesting, food processing, snacking and much more!
Details: DAR’s volunteer opportunities are child friendly. Closed-toe shoes are required and we recommend bringing snacks, a full water bottle, sunscreen/hat if desired, & layers to take off or put on depending on weather!
