Next Steps - Pathways to Employment

Join us for a friendly, informal event designed for all residents aged 18–21 from across the whole of the Dudley borough who are looking for support to move into work, training or volunteering. This is a chance to meet our local delivery partners, explore different support pathways and find out what opportunities are available to help you build confidence, develop skills and take your next step towards employment.

You’ll be able to chat to each organisation, ask questions and discover the type of support that feels right for you — from CV help and interview preparation to wellbeing support, volunteering roles and real pathways into paid work. Once you’ve spoken to the teams, you can sign up with the organisation that best matches your goals.
