💙 DK's Volunteer Appreciation Day 💙

With Our Thanks – You're Invited

Our club simply wouldn't exist without the incredible volunteers who give up their time every single week. From coaching and first aid to team management and everything in between, your dedication makes a real difference to hundreds of children and their families.

As a small token of our appreciation, we'd love you to join us for our Volunteer Appreciation Day on:

📅 Saturday 13th March 2027

Come together with fellow volunteers, enjoy an afternoon at the rugby, and let us say thank you for everything you do.

Your invitation includes:

🍻 Two complimentary drinks vouchers

🍽️ A buffet

🏉 Free entry to watch DK Men's 1st XV in action

Plus a few extra surprises throughout the afternoon...

This invitation is open to all club volunteers, including:

Ground, Coaches, Team Managers, First Aiders, Helpers and many more....

Alone, our Mini & Juniors section supports over 400 children, and that's only possible because of your passion, commitment and willingness to give your time. Every training session, every match day and every event is made possible by volunteers like you.

This afternoon is our opportunity to bring everyone together as One Club, celebrate everything you've achieved, and thank you for the huge contribution you make to Dudley Kingswinford RFC.

🎟️ Please book your FREE place so we can cater for everyone attending.

One Club. One Team. One Huge Thank You. 💙
